Who should attend: Physicians and their support team such as (but not limited to): nurses, phlebotomists, pharmacists, intake worker/receptionist, social worker, community leaders, community workers, etc. All attendees should be a part of a health care service delivery protocol.

Benefits for target audience: 3.25 CME credits and certificate will be provided to participants upon training completion. The training is free of charge.

Faculty/Trainers: The training will be provided by Dr. Doan Dao, Dr. Robert Gish, or Dr. Richard Andrews. Dr. Moon Chen is the Associate Director for Cancer Control at the UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center and will serve as the Independent Evaluator for this project. Dr. Amy Trang, the Task Force Administrator, will facilitate the training.

Lunch will be served. Please RSVP as soon as possible as space is limited.
