Pigmentary Changes
Photo 1: Contact Dermatitis
Contact dermatitis to a metal fastener on a pair of jeans that has
produced hyperpigmented papules coalescing to a plaque on this child's
abdomen. The papules will resolve with corticoid steroid treatment and
removal of contact with metal, but the hyperpigmentation will last for months.
