Rose Cano is Caseworker Cultural Mediator & diabetes navigator working at Harborview Medical Center.
Rose works with Spanish speaking population and helps her patients with diabetes management. In this video she explains her work in helping patients maintain a goal level of blood glucose levels. Rose also developed the ‘Steering Wheel of Diabetes Self Management‘, an important teaching tool to help patients take control of their diabetes management.
