In 2011, Hunter Integrated Pain Service at John Hunter Hospital and Hunter Medicare Local in Australia developed Brainman’s first film “Understanding pain and what to do about it in less than five minutes”. WASCLA has made cards for patients to bring with them when seeking care which identifies the language they speak. The cards are available in more than 30 languages with English and identified language. The card says: "I speak (language) and need the help of an interpreter to talk with you".
