Use of Modern Technology for Women’s Health and Wellness

Video about the importance of cervical cancer screening, culturally tailored for Nepali-speaking Bhutanese women unfamiliar with western health systems. The video highlights the importance of screening, how to get an appointment and ask for an interpreter and/or woman doctor, and what happens during a cervical cancer screening appointment. Video is 17 minutes 41 seconds, and provided with or without English subtitles.

Refugee Health Videos – Idaho

Idaho’s Department of Health and Welfare’s Refugee Health Screening Program produced brief (4-10 minutes) health care orientation videos targeting Burmese, Karen and Nepali-speaking Bhutanese newcomer refugees.  These Refugee Health Videos are available on YouTube.
