The Asian Pacific Islander Coalition Against Tobacco (APICAT) is partnering with the California Smokers' Helpline to offer Asian-language Quitline services to Washington State. Telephone counseling services available in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin), Korean, and Vietnamese languages.
